Eyþor is the founder of HSE Consulting and works as a consultant. He has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Aalborg University and has worked on the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in large domestic and foreign companies. Eyþor has been in the business for a long time, but before HSE Consulting was his passion, he trained football with Aston Villa and flew around by helicopter between oil platforms in the North Sea.

Thorsteinn works as a consultant. He is educated as an APME project manager, has extensive experience in practical projects and has worked for a long time in safety and environmental issues. In addition, Thorsteinn worked as a firefighter, where he also trained Afghan firefighters and managed processes and planning at the airport in Kabul. Thorsteinn plays the guitar and was a member of bands in Iceland.

Niels is a consultant and co-owner of HSE Consulting. He holds a Masters in Health and Safety Management from Loughborough University and a BSc in Geography. Niels has many years of extensive experience as a client, contractor and consultant in the management of quality, safety, environment and sustainability. The world of sports plays a large part in Niels' interests and his ambition lies in helping clients and individuals in achieving their goals.

Oskar is the Managing Director of Stellar and SSG Iceland. He is a qualified financial engineer and has extensive experience in software infrastructure and data migration. Before taking on his current role, he worked in an independent business. Oskar is an enthusiastic chess player and welcomes any challenge at the chessboard. If you see someone handwalking around the office, it is likely Oskar showing off his skills.

Lea works as a consultant. She has a master's degree in project management from the University of Iceland and a diploma in Crisis Management from Bifröst University. She systematically uses project management as part of safety management in all projects. By integrating project management and risk management, Lea ensures overview, clear responsibility and targeted follow-up at all stages of projects. Lea places great emphasis on safety awareness both in play and at work. If you see an employee in the office wearing high-visibility clothing and personal protective equipment, it is probably her, always with safety as a priority.
